Well I have pretty much gotten rid of all my sports cars and said that I will wait till I have more time to mess with them before I get another one. Well that did not last long at all, a very clean sliver with black top and black interior 1999 Mazda Miata 2nd Gen is sitting in my drive as of tonite! She has a little bit of mile but she looks like she only has 60,000 miles when she really has 174,000 it was garage kept her whole life and has been well maintained. With the gas mileage she gets she should pay for her self in about a year and a half. and in 3year I have some major plans hahahah! O and I payed $500 less than blue book!

It fits like a glove! I ordered a hard dog ace roll bar Wednesday and I also have a full k&n intake system coming in. My B-day is May 12th and I plan on using the money I am get to order either kyb agx struts or a cat-back system, still pondering which one to get!

Well the cat-back or Kyb agx struts are going to have to wait lol. My factory radiator cracked the other day and I went ahead and ordered a R2277 Koyo radiator. Its the R rated 53mm v.s. the factory 36mm radiator and will be plenty of cooling for any future mods. ;D

Well my k&n intake system finally came in and I got it installed. It looks, sounds, and works really good. It is kinda funny cause it makes the cars sound bigger than what it really is! ;D It is suppost to be a 4hp and 3ft tor. gain overstock!

Ok I got my Koyo rad in yesterday afternoon and it looks great and is running about 15-20 degrees cooler than factory. I also got the new braid clutch hose installed and it made the clutch pressure a lot stiffer. Here are some pics! Factory 36mm Radiator V.S. After market 53mm Koyo Radiator

Thanks, and I think that my rotors are warping so I thinking a rotor upgrade is next. I found some rotors that are factory specs but are thicker than oem and they are slotted and cross drilled with front and back pads include off of ebay for $115.00 shipped. They are out of Canada and every article I have found on the web about them have nothing but good things to say.

Well I got my hard dog roll bar installed last week and it look great and I got the timing done as well this week and replaced the cam shaft position sensor and it is running so good that I am even more in love I am about to install my 180 degree thermostat soon and see how much of a difference that makes, hopefully it will make a good amount of difference. I will get some pics of the roll bar up soon.

Sorry it almost been a year since the last up date! In the last few months since my last post I have put Nitto Neo Gen 205/50/15 on the car and have pulled 6th place for the 2011 season in the ARSCCA STR class in autocross. I have also just recently upgrade my springs to coils and perches I am now running 375 front and 275 rear springs rates, but did not lower the car cause the new wheel and tire comb that I am doing for this next race season wheel not clear if I do! I am ordering a set of 949 racing 6ul's 15x9 36+ offset wrapped in hankook R-s3 225/45/15 140tread wear. I am having to wait on the tires as they are on backorder because hankook did not think a head about the 2012 autocross season about to start and didn't make enough.
P.S. on the hunt for a 94-97 miata in ok shape as it is going to be a race only car and is going to be striped and trailed to the events, I am trying to find one as cheap as possible with a good motor but with possible transmission, diff, body, or bad top.
