Unless my eyes fail me that says FoMoCo on it... that in itself is totally stupid. I know of some 1st gen owners who end up buying GM or Chrysler igniters since they cost significantly less than the Mazda igniters. Did you ever get the right part from them?

nope. I tried contacting them, but I got an answering machine everytime. I left a message twice explaining what happened, and I never received a reply. I then left for camp for a month and a half. I just got back recently, and haven't followed up anymore on it.
