NA if you have it what condition is it in. but could i also just make the TII work?

Whether or not its for a S4 or S5 is going to be most important. You can use a TII harness but I believe a couple of wires will have to be re-pinned.
Not meaning to thread-jack of anything but I've got a S4 N/A harness, S4 TII harness, & S5 N/A Harness laying around.

What year is your RX7? They are all functional but 20 years of heat leaves them in need of re-rapping and new clips. The best one I have is my S4 TII harness but if you have a NA car I would stick with the NA harness.

ok here is the thing. the chassis and body are all S4 but the interior(mostly) and the motor are S5. Ive supercharged the car and my harness caught fire not because of the supercharger but because the idiot who owned the car before me thought they could wire and well they couldnt. ive had to rewire the entire car. so i have no emissions or anything else extra. i would really like to go with S5 if possible so i can use all S5 engine parts but if not it would be eaiser though to stick with S4. if i do go S5 i will need the S5 dash harness as well

As you know if you want to use the S5 engine parts and sensors you will have to use a S5 harness & ECU. You can re-pin the plugs under the dash on the body harness to plug into the S5 ECU instead of changing the dash harness. It is much easier in IMO but still a pain in the ass. I'm currently having to do that myself.
You can keep everything S4 and just strip the engine down to a short block and use all of your S4 parts on it and not have to modify hardly anything. You WILL still have to swap out the front cover with the electric OMP on the front of the S5 engine for your mechanical one on the S4. Careful when you do it so you dont mess up your Front Bearing. Or you can just run pre-mix and not worry about it.
You can mix match parts as well. You should be able to use a S5 upper and lower intake manifold on an S4 as long as you use the S4 Throttle Body since it controls the Mechanical OMP. You have to use a S5 radiator or use your S4 thermo housing on the S5 engine to fill properly.

ya the engine is in the car set up for an S4 though it is an S5. i just need a wire harness.
