My woman went out of town yesterday. I managed to get my block off plates made, finally, and I got some sheet aluminum to make them out of. They look pretty good. I also dumped the Weapon R FPR for an Aeromotive one and the stock Fuel filter for an in-line Earl's filter. I should have some more crap in this afternoon so tonight should be alot of fun. I'll try and find some batteries for my camera and get some more pics posted up.

Here is a pic of my ghetto block of plates. I'm going crazy!! I've been trying to get the car done by next week, but it seems to be one thing after another. I need some different fittings for my FPR and fuel block. I've got to make some calls to some Performance shops and see if any have what I need. Later.

I just welded up half of mine insted of finding block off plates.
Looking good though, I will probably pull my manifold back off and have it thermal coated.
Of course this can happen the end of next month when I get back to the US. (whoohoo)

I was going to weld mine up too, but knowing me I would have warped the hell out of my manifold. I decided to wait and try it on my old one.
I hate the huge stack of washers on each stud, once again my laziness shows, since I did'nt re-thread them all the way down.

you can just take the stud out and put bolts in. It looks a little bit cleaner that way.

I got all of my fuel feed lines ran and my filter installed. I dont have the return lines installed yet because I'm needing some -6AN male unions for the FPR. I also managed to get the turbo feed line installed. I'm going to get the turbo mounted and get the return hooked up, tonight. I freaked out for about an hour because I could'nt remember where the oil feed went on the engine and could'nt make sense of it!!! But that is me of course. Me and Tommy felt like asshats after we finally found it. But we where kind of senial yesterday. There are alot of beatup AN fittings to prove it.

Yes, but I keep taking it off. The oil dump flanges I have for it turned out to be a different thread pattern than they were suppost to be. One goes on the turbo, the other on the engine I put the one on the engine and as I started to torque it down it broke into two pieces. I got took on them. The darn things were cast and then sanded to make them look machined. Right now I'm searching to find some new ones, and having to re-thread numerous things, thanks to the asshat that installed my last turbo.

Well I've got most of the problems solved. I managed to finish the fuel system under the hood, and I'm trying to position the turbo perfectly before I finished the oil lines. I'm being hesitant and taking my time do it because my buddy blew his Precision SCM-61 and it only took him like 2 months. I believe due to a oil drain that was U shaped. The wastegate is mounted and me & Tommy put in the new shifter bushings (thanks Trae) and got the shifter put on. Hopefully I can get something actually noteworthy done tomorrow.
